In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the EGR valve in the Ford Transit van, a very simple and quick operation to clean or replace it directly. First, ensure that the engine is sufficiently cool, then open the bonnet and remove the indicated air intake by unscrewing the two bolts with a 10mm socket.

Next, locate the valve in question, unscrew all the indicated bolts using the 10mm socket, and separate the valve from the support. To fit the replacement and reassemble everything, simply follow the reverse procedure.
