To replace the gear knob on a Ford Fiesta, grasp the old knob and rotate it counterclockwise to release it from the thread at the end of the lever. Once the old knob is freed, position the new one on the end of the lever.

Turn it clockwise to ensure it is securely fixed in place. After installation, make sure it does not cause any issues during gear changes.
