Have you just got a new car and don’t know where to start? This video explains how to open the bonnet on your Ford Kuga. Pull the lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the bonnet slightly and pull the release lever to the left. Once the bonnet is unlocked, lift it up and secure it with the prop rod. Now that the bonnet is open, you can carry out your necessary maintenance. To close the bonnet: remove the prop rod and let the bonnet drop from a minimal height. Ensure it closes properly.
