How to remove the light switch knob on a Ford? Follow this video closely for the correct removal procedure. Unscrew the securing screws located on the panel at the bottom left of the steering wheel, then remove it from the dashboard. Remove the plastic cover of the left air vent trim, detach it from the dashboard, then unscrew the securing screws of the light switch panel, pull the piece out from the dashboard, and disconnect the power connector. Once the piece is removed, fit a new one or replace the LEDs/bulbs in the unit and refit it. Finally, proceed in reverse for the assembly operations.
