In this video, you will see how to change the bulb on the heating control panel of the Ford Ka: to perform such a simple operation, you need to remove the entire centre console, starting with the radio and the gear lever cover. Start by removing the gear knob; underneath, you will find two screws, and this part will detach completely.

This way, you will expose two screws holding the centre console, allowing you to gently lift it, as it is only held by clips, which you can lift with a plastic spatula; you will also need to remove the air vents in the same manner. Meanwhile, remove the radio by inserting two screwdrivers into the holes at the top; then disconnect the electrical connections at the back.

This way, you can lift the console cover and finally find the bulb, which must be removed carefully, as it could fall inside. Change the bulb and, with patience, proceed to reassemble everything in reverse order.
