In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the fuel filter on the Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi, a very simple and quick operation. First, wait until the engine is sufficiently cool, then open the bonnet and remove the upper plastic cover.

Next, locate the filter, disconnect the various hoses located at the top, and proceed to remove the metal fixing bracket. Then, unscrew the two indicated bolts, extract the filter from the housing, transfer the upper module to the replacement, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
