Resetting the oil light on a sixth generation Ford Fiesta, a model produced from 2008 to 2017, is a very simple and quick operation that you can do yourself by following a few steps, let's see them right away. First, you will need to turn on the ignition of your car but without starting the engine, then press both the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously and hold them down for about 15/20 seconds.

Once you have done this, release the pedals and turn off the ignition of the vehicle, at this point the reset is complete, to verify it simply turn on the car's dashboard and check that the light has disappeared.
