How to replace the battery of the Ford Mustang key

If you own a Ford Mustang and want to find out how to correctly replace the key battery, all you have to do is follow the steps described below. First, purchase a new button battery (CR 2025 model) and then remove the back cover of the key and remove the physical emergency key located underneath it. Once you have done that, locate the exhausted battery and remove it with the help of a small flathead screwdriver. Finally, all you have to do is insert the new battery and reassemble the protective cover.
