How to Reset the SERVICE Light on a Ford Ecosport

If the SERVICE warning light remains illuminated on the instrument panel (in the centre, below the speedometer needle), it means it's time for maintenance; once you have completed the regular service that includes at least an oil change and the corresponding filter replacement, the subsequent reset of the light is done manually, without any diagnostic tools; after turning on the ignition, press the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously and hold them for about 20 seconds until the light turns off.
