How to Replace the Battery in a Ford Ecosport Key Fob

Learn how to replace the battery in the key fob of a Ford Ecosport: Take your key fob and use a small screwdriver to pry between the two covers of the key (split the covers as shown in the video). Pry until the covers separate, then, remove the exhausted battery with a screwdriver and take a new one of the same size and voltage. Remove the small battery from the cover and replace it with a new one, pressing the key case until you hear it click into place. Finally, join the two covers and check the correct functioning of the remote by pressing the buttons.
