Remove the internal trim of the wing mirror on a Ford Ka (driver's side) using a lever to detach the plastic clips. Unscrew the securing bolts with a suitable socket.

Once the securing bolts are removed, take out the wing mirror along with the electric adjustment cables from the car door. For reassembly: refit the wing mirror with the bolts, reconnect the adjustment cables, and replace the plastic trim onto the door panel.

Finally, test the proper functioning of the wing mirror.
