To replace the battery of the Ford Focus remote control, you need to pry with an object like a screwdriver at the bottom of the device: by doing so, it will be possible to detach the panel in the back of the remote control and locate the battery underneath.

The battery can now be removed from its housing so that the new one can be inserted: this can now be secured by closing the remote control with the panel again.

This way you can verify that everything is functioning correctly.
