How do you quickly replace the starter motor in a Ford Focus?

To replace the starter motor on a Ford Focus, start by lifting the hood and disconnecting the battery to avoid short circuits. Then, locate the starter motor: it is usually found near the engine, between the engine block and the transmission. Once located, remove the cables from its back, starting with the battery cable and the solenoid. By unscrewing the screws that secure the starter motor, you will be able to extract it. Finally, take the new starter motor and secure it in the same position, reconnecting the cables and tightening the screws. Reconnect the battery, start the engine to test the new part. Clearly, if you do not feel comfortable working on it yourself, contact a professional workshop.
