How to Replace the Starter Motor on the Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi?

To replace the starter motor on the Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi, open the bonnet to access the components located inside the engine bay: on the right side, you will find the battery, which must be removed from its housing by unscrewing the fixing screws and disconnecting the power cables. Once the battery is removed, you can locate the starter motor underneath, positioned between the engine block and the gearbox. By unscrewing the screws that secure it to its mounts and disconnecting the power cables, the device can be removed and replaced with a new spare part.
