Ford Focus - Video tutorial
Model: Ford Focus
MK 2, Focus 2
- Years 2004-2011 Let's see how to remove the starter motor on a Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi second series, following the instructions below. First of all we open the bonnet of our car and we go to disconnect the intake hose from the turbine, loosening the clamp screw; after which we disconnect the electrical connector of the mass air flow sensor and remove the entire air filter box, as shown in the video. At this point we proceed with the removal of the battery, unscrewing the screws of the terminals, and once removed we also remove the battery holder. We just have to unscrew the nuts of the starter motor and disconnect its electrical connector to remove it!
