Removing the Starter Motor on a Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi MK2

Let's see how to remove the starter motor on a Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi second generation, following the instructions below. First, open the bonnet of your car and disconnect the intake hose from the turbo by loosening the clamp screw; then disconnect the electrical connector from the mass air flow sensor and remove the entire air filter housing, as shown in the video. Next, remove the battery by unscrewing the terminal bolts, and once removed, take out the battery tray as well. Finally, unscrew the nuts from the starter motor and disconnect its electrical connector to remove it!
