What is the purpose of and how to reset the BMS of Ford?

The BMS of a Ford vehicle is the Battery Management System: an intelligent electronic system designed to monitor and control the vehicle's battery, particularly in newer models that include technologies such as auto start & stop and more sophisticated charging systems.

Normally there is a sensor connected to the negative terminal of the battery, through which all services that are carried out with the BMS are performed; older models have the sensor wrapped around the cable.

To reset it, there are two ways: the first is to turn the high beams on and off five times, then press the brake pedal all the way down three times and turn off and on the ignition. Or we can leave everything still and wait a few seconds without turning off the ignition, then look in the corner to see if the light has turned off.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
