You can reset the Sync 4 in the Ford F-150 by first turning on the ignition. Insert the key into the ignition switch: once the dashboard lights up, press and hold the power buttons for both the central display and the next track button simultaneously. Continue holding them until the central screen turns off and then back on automatically: at this point, you can release the buttons upon the new startup, noting that the settings will have returned to their default.
