To reset the Ford F-150 radio, turn the ignition key to the 'On' position. Once the dashboard lights up, press and hold the radio buttons to power it on and skip to the next track simultaneously.

Keep the buttons pressed until the screen resets and the manufacturer's logo reappears. When the logo shows up again, it means the radio has been successfully reset and all settings have been restored to their defaults.
