Do you want to replace the (manual) gear knob on your Ford C Max? Let's see how to proceed: disconnect the frame of the leather cap with a plastic lever; lift it up and unhook the knob from the shift rod (remove the plastic that blocks the knob on the rod). To carry out the assembly: mount the new leather cap with the clips, then, take the new knob and insert it into the rod on the central tunnel. We tighten the new knob until the end of the rod. Finally, we test the correct assembly of the knob with the movement of the rod on the central tunnel.

How to reset the on-board computer of the Peugeot 208?

Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple. We can do this in case the system shows signs of malfunction, freezes, or in any other case where a restart could solve the problem. To reboot, simply hold down the two keys located in the lower left corner of the computer at the same time. After a few seconds, the SMEG system display will switch off, the Peugeot logo will appear and the start-up procedure will start. We wait patiently for the restart to complete as it may take some time.
