How to remove the knob on the Ford C Max? Let's see how to disassemble the knob and gaiter. Use a plastic lever to disconnect the gaiter frame, take the knob in your hands and rotate it to the left until you remove it from the gear stick (remove the gaiter if it needs replacing). Disassemble the fastening plastics of the knob if they are damaged. Secure the gaiter to the fastening plastic, then take the new knob and slide it onto the stick present on the centre tunnel, tightening it onto the stick. Finally, test the correct assembly of all parts of the gear kit.
