How to Reset the Service Light on a Ford Transit?

You can completely clear the Service light from the instrument cluster of the Ford Transit by inserting the ignition key into the ignition switch and turning it to activate the instrument cluster without starting the vehicle. Once the instrument cluster is activated, a message indicating the need for maintenance will appear: to make this message disappear from the instrument cluster, press and hold the accelerator and brake pedals simultaneously. This will display a message on the screen after a moment, indicating the successful reset of the light. You can then turn off and restart the instrument cluster to confirm the reset.
