Let's look at the layout of the fuse boxes for the Ford Escape IV (the American version corresponding to the European Kuga III). The two vehicles are quite similar. The interior fuse box is located under the glove compartment: you will need to remove the bottom panel.

You will find a second fuse box inside the engine compartment, in front of the driver (left-hand drive), where you will find the fuses for the power outlets: #61 (rear trunk power outlet); #70 (rear console power outlet); #71 (power outlet for the multimedia container).
