To remove the integrated front grille from the bumper, you will actually need to detach the bumper itself to release the clips, which are the tabs along the entire edge of the grille anchored in the appropriate slots along the bumper's edge. However, you can also detach it by gripping the grille near the edge and pulling it outward with movements that create enough play for the tabs to disengage: be aware that during this operation, some tabs of the grille or some slots of the bumper may break.
