To replace the battery in a Ford Ranger T6, open the bonnet and locate the battery in the engine bay. Remove any protective covers and ensure the vehicle is completely off. Loosen the negative terminal and disconnect it, then proceed with the positive terminal.

Unscrew the bracket or holding plate that secures the battery in place.

Carefully remove the battery, considering its weight. Place the new battery in the same housing, ensuring the orientation of the terminals is correct, and secure it again with the bracket.

Connect the positive terminal first, then the negative, tightening the connections well. Refit the covers and turn on the ignition to check that everything works correctly.
