Injector Removal Tutorial on Ford Transit

Let’s look at removing the injectors on the Ford Transit. Pull the lever to open the engine bay and lift the front bonnet, securing it. Remove the engine cover panel, identifying the electrical connectors. After removing the electrical connectors (unscrew them), use a suitable insert to remove the injectors. Unscrew the injectors with a socket wrench and extract them from the cylinder head: take the new injectors and insert them into the cylinder head using the socket wrench. Finally, connect the power connectors and refit the plastic engine cover panel. Start the vehicle and test the operation of the Transit.
