Replacing the Air Filter on a Focus

Let’s look at replacing the engine air filter on a Focus. To replace the air filter, lift the front bonnet where it is located. Raise the front bonnet of the car and locate the air filter housing. Open the air kit (unscrew the securing screws), remove the lid of the filter box, and take out the worn air filter. Insert a new filter into the designated housing (ensuring it fits snugly around the edges). Replace the lid of the air box and tighten the screws around it. Close the front bonnet after replacing the air filter.
