Removing Car Radio for Replacement

Model: Ford Fiesta Fiesta 5, MK 5, MK V - Years 2002-2008

Using a plastic tool to avoid damaging the bodywork, pry at the sides of the dashboard cover to unclip the plastic fasteners and remove it. Still using a plastic tool, pry at the sides of the console panel, then remove it to access the radio retaining screws. Unscrew the screws of the radio panel to completely slide the radio out of its housing. Connect the connectors to the new radio and reposition it in the slot, being careful not to pinch the cables. Refit the screws of the panel, reattach the air vent, and reposition the grille. Turn on the radio and tune to a station to verify its proper operation.
