Let's find out in this guide the step by step instructions to remove and replace the thermostat and its housing on the Ford Fiesta sixth series. First we open the engine hood and start by disassembling and removing our alternator, unscrewing the screws with a socket wrench; we disconnect the V-belt accordingly. At this point we remove the coolant sleeve and use an 8 mm socket wrench to unscrew the thermostat screws; we just have to remove it and replace it with the new one, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!

How to reset the on-board computer of the Peugeot 208?

Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple. We can do this in case the system shows signs of malfunction, freezes, or in any other case where a restart could solve the problem. To reboot, simply hold down the two keys located in the lower left corner of the computer at the same time. After a few seconds, the SMEG system display will switch off, the Peugeot logo will appear and the start-up procedure will start. We wait patiently for the restart to complete as it may take some time.
