Want to remove the car seat? Here’s how to take out the seat from a Ford Mondeo. Enter the car's cabin and locate the rails where the screws are secured.

Move the seat back (using the electric buttons if available) and raise the seat base, then unscrew the securing screws on the front rail with a socket spanner. Move the seat forward using the adjustment buttons and remove the securing pins from the rear of the rail.

Before removing the seat, disconnect the power connectors for the front seat. Refit the seat by reversing the disassembly steps.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
