In this video tutorial we will see how to remove and replace the remote control battery of the Ford Ecosport first series, following these simple steps. First of all, let's take our remote control in hand and start by removing the physical key from inside it; then we pry the slot of the rear cover to remove it, thus accessing the battery compartment, as shown in the video. Now let's replace the battery with the new one, of the right type (in this case a 3V CR 2450); insert it in the correct direction and mount the rear cover again.
