To replace the front shock absorber on a Ford F-250, first remove all the bolts securing the wheel corresponding to the shock absorber to be removed. You will need to lift the vehicle with a jack or a lift: once the wheel is completely removed, you can unscrew the bolts securing the shock absorber at the top and bottom.

This will allow you to fully remove the part and replace it with a new one; after the replacement, you can also install the previously removed wheel.
