Operation: Replacing the oil and its filter

In the following tutorial the filter is replaced and the oil is changed on a Ford Mustang. Unscrew the oil pan cap located under the car with an eye wrench. Collect the oil in a collection tray. Once it has drained completely, close the cap. Clean it and tighten it well. To access the filter it is necessary to remove a plastic cover which is secured with two small screws. Loosen the filter cap with the special pliers, remove it and replace it with the new one. Close the cover and lock it with its two screws. Open the sump cap in the upper part of the engine hood; top up the oil level with the help of a funnel, keeping it under control with the dipstick.

Fiat Ducato 2.8 JTD gearbox oil replacement

Let's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine. First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we open the bonnet and remove the air intake sleeve, so as to be able to access the gearbox oil filling hole; then we fill up to the maximum level!
