To carry out this task, you will need to access underneath the vehicle, always following safety regulations. Start by unscrewing the bolt from the oil sump to drain the used oil into a suitable container. Once all the oil has drained, re-tighten the bolt. Get a piece of cardboard, place it around the filter, and unscrew it. Always compare the removed part with the replacement. Apply a bit of oil to the seal of the new filter and screw it on by hand. Now, all that's left is to add the oil. Pour in some oil and check the level on the dipstick. Run the engine for a few minutes and recheck the level, adding more oil if necessary.
