How to Open the Key of a Ford Focus

In this guide, you will see what actions to take to open the key of a Ford Focus. To start, you need to extract the remote from its casing: on either side of the keyring loop, you will see two buttons that you need to press; doing so will allow you to remove the plastic cover with the logo. Extract the key that you will find under the cover just removed. Under the keyring loop, you will now see a gap; using a screwdriver, you will need to pry, as shown at minute 1:15. Apply a gentle pressure, and you will be able to separate the two plastic parts, opening the remote.

To loosen this panel, unscrew the two screws found at its top, just below the handlebar.
