To check the internal mechanics of a 2006 Ford Focus, you need to open the bonnet. To do this from outside, simply move the Ford logo on the grille and insert the vehicle key into the lock.

Turn the key to open the bonnet. To close it, turn the key inward and push the Ford logo back towards the lock to cover it. If the lock has any issues, it may need to be replaced.
