Replacing the Thermostat on a Ford Transit MK3

In this simple tutorial, you will learn how to replace the thermostat on a Ford Transit MK3. You will need a flathead screwdriver and a 13mm spanner. Start by opening the bonnet and locating the thermostat. Disconnect the hose that connects the radiator to the thermostat, and place a container underneath to catch any coolant that may spill. Next, unscrew the two bolts holding the thermostat in place using the 13mm spanner, and remove the old thermostat from its housing. Install the new thermostat and reassemble everything by reversing the steps.
