In this video, see how to replace the battery in a Ford EcoSport key. First, get a small flathead screwdriver. Use the screwdriver to pry off the cover where the Ford logo is located. Next, remove the emergency key and use the screwdriver to pry at the slot at the bottom of the key fob; this will remove the main cover, allowing you to see the battery compartment, which is now easily replaceable. Once the battery is replaced, carefully reassemble all the plastic parts.
