In this guide, discover the instructions on how to remove and replace the IAC air control valve of the Ford Escape. First, open the hood of your car and start unscrewing the mounting screws of the valve, located to the right of the air filter box; use a socket wrench, then disconnect its electrical connector, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new IAC valve, as well as its original replacement; then reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
