As seen in this tutorial, replacing the alternator belt in the Ford Focus is a very simple and quick operation. To do this, in addition to the correct replacement part, you will only need a 14mm spanner. First, wait for the engine to cool down, then open the bonnet and locate the belt in question, situated at the lower right side of the engine. Next, grasp the tensioner with the spanner, move it to the right, and detach the belt from the pulleys. In the same way, position the replacement, ensuring to follow the routing.
