If you want to carry out a DIY intervention to replace the air filter on your vehicle, follow the instructions below with the help of the video images. First, open the bonnet and locate the filter box on the right side behind the headlamp. Using a socket spanner, unscrew the fastening nuts of the filter box cover and remove it. Under the cover, you will find the filter, which can be extracted and replaced with a new one, ensuring that the replacement specifications are compatible with your vehicle. Place the new filter in the housing, close the filter cover, and refit the screws provided.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
