Need to replace the air filter on a Ford Focus? Here's how to change it. Open the front bonnet, then unscrew the securing screws around the plastics of the housing with a socket wrench. After completing the previous steps, pull the cover off the air filter. Remove the air filter from its housing (as shown in the video). Insert the new filter, secure the plastic cover, tighten the securing screws with the socket wrench. Close the engine bay after replacement. Ensure the new air filter is the same size as the one replaced (original or generic brand).
