Replacing the External Rear-View Mirror Glass

Replacing the glass of the external rear-view mirror is straightforward and economical, as it is a readily available aftermarket part. The glass is fixed to the support with clips, so simply lever it from the back to detach it. Once the damaged glass is removed, position and align the new one, then press it into place until it clicks in. This model does not have a demisting system, so another option could be to have a glass specialist shape a mirror and overlay it on the damaged one using double-sided adhesive or silicone.
