How to Reset the BMS in a Ford Kuga MK2

In this video tutorial, you can see how to reset the BMS (Battery Management System) in a Ford Kuga MK2. The BMS is an electronic system for the complete electronic control of all diagnostic and safety functions, ensuring optimal technical and energy performance. After replacing the old battery with a new one, get inside the vehicle, turn on the ignition without starting the engine, and press the rear fog light button five times. Next, press the hazard light button three times; after about 5 seconds, the battery icon will start flashing on the instrument cluster. If you have followed all the steps correctly, the BMS reset has been successful; otherwise, repeat the process from the beginning.
