How to replace the battery of the 2019 Ford Kuga

Today we will explain how to replace the battery of the 2019 Ford Kuga. The battery is located inside the front hood, above the fuse box so before starting to remove the battery we will need to release the cover of the fuse box. Disconnect the connector, located on the engine block and with a long key unscrew the mounting nuts of the battery. Then unscrew the screw securing the airflow meter of the air filter. Unscrew the screw on the clamp of the air tube and lift the cover of the air intake. Disconnect the BMS sensor connector and remove the battery, not before disconnecting the negative and positive terminals. Insert the new battery connect the positive terminal and the negative terminal. Connect the BMS sensor and position the air intake cover in its original position. Screw the air tube screw, the airflow meter screw and mount the battery nuts. Connect the terminal and close the fuse box cover.
