In this video, you can see where the external temperature sensor is located on the Ford Fiesta and how to proceed if you need to replace it, a very simple and quick operation. As shown, the sensor is located in the front bumper, specifically inside the lower grille on the left side.

To replace it, you do not need to remove the bumper; simply grip it with pliers and pull it downwards. Once dislodged, disconnect the connector, attach the replacement, and press it firmly into the mounting hole.
