How to Replace the Timing Belt of the Ford Focus?

To replace the timing belt on the Ford Focus, open the bonnet to detach the plastic cover on the left side of the engine block: underneath this cover, the timing belt will be present. Once removed, proceed by loosening the screws that secure the right front wheel, which will also be removed along with the inner cover of the wheel arch; at this point, you will have access to the belt, which can be removed after reducing its tension by loosening the nut of the tensioner pulley. The belt can then be slid off the respective pulleys and replaced with a new one.
