How to Fit a New Shell to the Ford Transit Remote

Replacing the Ford Transit remote is very straightforward. This brief video tutorial will explain what to do. First, insert a hooked needle-nose pliers into the slot where you usually pull out the key and gently open the remote. Next, take the key and remove the small screws from the metal part. Use the pliers to fit it into the new remote shell, and also insert the old, still functioning circuit board, and replace the battery. Reassemble as shown in the video, and you will have completed the job.
