How to Replace the Air Filter on the Ford C-Max

To replace the engine air filter on this vehicle, follow the steps outlined below for a proper replacement. Once you open the bonnet, locate the box containing the filter, which is situated at the top of the engine compartment just below the windscreen. Next, unscrew the support screws of the engine cover and loosen the hose clamp of the air duct. After removing the engine cover, the filter will be located at the top. To access it, remove the four screws at the corners of the cover. Then, extract the old filter, replace it with the new one, and proceed to refit the cover of the filter. Finally, reposition and secure the screws of the engine cover and the air duct.
