The cabin air filter on a 2010 Ford C Max is located inside the vehicle's cabin. Specifically, the filter is on the left side, under the steering wheel, just above the pedal area.

The filter's job is to keep the air clean and prevent external dust from entering the cabin; for this reason, it should be replaced every six months or at least once a year. To remove the filter, first unscrew the cover, then pull it out to insert the new one and close the cover; this operation can be easily done independently.
