How to Replace the Remote Battery of a Ford Focus

In this brief tutorial, we will go through the simple steps to replace the remote battery of a Ford Focus mk4. First, press the release button to open the rear cover of the remote. Once done, remove the physical key inside and insert a small flat screwdriver into the hole at the bottom, turning it ninety degrees to detach the two halves of the remote. Now, with the two halves separated, you will see the battery that needs replacing in one of them. Remove it with the help of the screwdriver and insert a new one. Follow the steps in reverse to close everything up. The battery in question is the CR2032 3V.
